This is the marketing website of Alpha Techno IT, a registered proprietorship firm (est. 2026) offering software development services. It describes our services and our product, Bill-O-Fast, and provides a way to get in touch. It is not, by itself, a contract to provide services — that is agreed separately, in writing, once a project is scoped.

You agree not to:

• Use this website for anything unlawful or to mislead us or anyone else.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or any system connected to it.
• Scrape, copy or reproduce the site's content at scale without our written permission.
• Run automated load against the site beyond ordinary browsing.

Sending a message through the contact form starts a conversation — it does not, by itself, create a client relationship, a quote, or an obligation on our part to take on a project. We aim to respond to genuine enquiries promptly but do not guarantee a response time.

Bill-O-Fast, at billofast.in, and any other product we build, is a separate application governed by its own terms of service, published on that product's site. These terms cover this marketing website only.

The Alpha Techno IT name, logo, brand design and the content of this site are ours. Project names shown under "Currently building" are placeholders for work still under wraps and do not represent a specific client's confidential details. Using this website does not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

This site links to billofast.in and to social profiles we maintain. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of external sites once you leave alphatechnoit.com.

This website is provided "as is". We aim to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail (including placeholder project information) is always current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Techno IT is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
